About Us

Innovative Senior Care Solutions is a senior resource agency founded by Tonya Wiley. Ms. Wiley has always had passion for seniors and her love for her grandparents was the driving force behind her 15 year career with Adult Protective Services.

While with Adult Protective Services, Ms. Wiley made an great impact on seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Greater Houston Area. She received numerous awards and recognitions for her desire to go above and beyond to assist seniors. Forced to work within the guidelines of Congress, Ms. Wiley decided that she had much more to offer to her community, which shaped her decision to open Dignity & Grace Senior Care Home and Innovative Senior Care Solutions (ISCS).

ISCS is an agency focused on senior housing and community resources. Services include but are not limited to: Senior Housing, Home Safety Assessments/Recommendations, Referrals for Visiting Doctors, Home Health, Private Caregivers, Hospice, Transportation, Emergency Response, Disaster Assistance and Food Pantries.
